The noise reduction feature of the DJI Osmo Action 4 is not that great. The wind noise is bearable till around 60 kmph, beyond which it turns into a high pitch scream that's terrible to hear. The wind noise is so loud you can't hear the sound of the motorcycle at all. I have stopped adding background music to my ride videos. The main purpose of my videos is for me to relive the experience later, not to produce a professional grade video for general consumption. So I prefer to capture the motorcycle sound as well as some wind noise to try and recreate an authentic experience.

I came up with a solution which appears to do the trick. I use the DJI Mic 2 wireless microphone transmitter with the Action 4. I place the transmitter in my waist pouch away from the direct wind blast. This way the mic picks up the motorcycle sound along with some wind noise as well. This works well even at high speeds.
