Making this cool Cuff Bracelet in my workshop - The Process:

From the a used piece of Copper pipe a had in my workshop, I started by hammer the copper pipe until it was almost flat. Before, I measured up 1 cm from the ends of the pipe and sawed a 1 cm crack at each end. When hammering, I avoided making these ends flat so that I could later use these as nice endings for the ends of a braided silver bracelet.
Once the copper pipe was hammered flat, I heated it up so it was easy to shape and then hammered it into the shape of a Cuff Barcelet. Then I use my jeweler saw to saw off the top layer of the copper tube - approx. 2 mm. from each edge.
I cleaned soot and impurities from the shaped copper Cuff bracelet using sulfuric acid. To make the copper part ready for the braided silver Cuff later, I polished it up nicely - Great result, I think..!!
I pulled the silver wires up from my Silver Deer - and cut it into 6 equal lengths of silver wire.
I then braided the 6 silver wires into a silver braid - it was hard work because each silver wire was 3mm. thick and it was hard to get it nice looking - even though I had heated the silver wires beforehand to make them softer. But it worked out fine in the end and I hammered the silver bracelet on all edges, so it turned into a really nice and assembled silver cuff bracelet it self. I hand sanded the silver cuff with a file into the right shape.
I hammered the cuff bracelet around my bracelet wooden stick and made the ends nice. It was difficult to get the cuff to fit perfectly into the copper bracelet that I had made earlier, but I think the result ended up nice.
When the cuff bracelet were tapped in the right shape and the ends were done correctly, I bent it, so that it could fit my wrist.
Finally, I polished the silver cuff bracelet with my multi sander, so both the the copper cuff bracelet and the silver cuff bracelet became a homogeneous and awesome cuff bracelet.
Used Tools:
I only used a hammer, a couple of screwdrivers, 2 Pliers, file and a multi-sander - and lots of sandpaper. So anyone can make this Cool Cuff Bracelet if they want.
I think the final result is awesome - this is not the last piece of homemade jewelery I´ll make..!!
Please give me your feedback in the comment section, if you like - I will be happe to hear you out, so I can make new great videos in the near future.
