The Phillips Mansion was the centerpiece of the city of Spadra in Southern California. Louis Phillips was the wealthiest man in L.A. County when he built this Second-Empire style mansion in 1875. When the railroads and stagecoaches stopped so did the city. This is the only remaining structure from this once bustling community now a part of Pomona.
