The New Hardest Difficulty introduces the next major changes:

1. You can't roll (if you do, you get frozen, which in most cases and against most bosses, means Death.)
2. You now take a 50% of the damage from a guardcrushing attack if you miss a parry.
3. Reduced Rage gain.
4. Your Elemental Attacks do 50% less damage and they are less likely to stagger enemies.
5. Any Healing Effect is reduced by half.
6. Resurrection Stones are Disabled.
7. You are now afflicted with Status and Elemental Effects 50% faster.
8. Enemies have 50% more resistance to all Elements and Status Effects.
9. Your melee damage is reduced by half unless your Weapon Gauge is fully charged.
10. Weapon Gauge takes 3 times longer to charge.
11. Runic Attacks damage is reduced by half.
12. Your Stun damage is reduced by half.
13: Enchantments are Disabled.
