The full Alpha Division consists of 6 burpees, 7 box jumps, 8 lunges for as many reps as possible in five minutes. We designed the Alpha Division for athletes who are interested in seeing what The PIT is all about. Efficiency will be key to success, with the burpees. Spring up quickly from the bottom, jump your feet up to your hands to a squat position and get ready to jump and clap!
