Today I welcome you into the smallest and ugliest room of my house - more of a closet, really - and do some needed maintenance on my air handler (electric furnace). The condensate drain line clogged up, so water from condensation was leaking onto the floor.

The last time this happened, I paid a company $150 or so to come out and fix it for me. This time, I decided to save the money and do it myself.
