In today's episode we're in Rogersville, Tennessee at a place called The Carnival Cafe, where they offer a cheesesteak challenge like no other...

Diners get one hour in which to eat a giant sandwich chocked full of sirloin steak, cheese, peppers and onions, inside a three foot long bun. Get it down inside the allotted time and not only is the $60 meal FREE, but you get a framed photograph on their wall of fame and a $50 gift card for future use. The cool thing about this one is that each time the challenge is beaten, it gets a half pound heavier (which explains the difference in size in each of the pictures on the wall at the back of the restaurant).
