Due to my truck camper design and truck bed setup, I have a small margin of error for centering and aligning the camper in the bed. If the camper isn't sitting almost perfectly in the center or if it is slightly twisted, the camper will make contact with the tailgate strap.

While slight camper mis-alignment may be fine for driving down the highway, the problem is magnified off road, especially on steep hills or off-camber situations due to added stress on the tie down points and turnbuckles.

In this video, I show how I lengthened my centering guides and came up with an unusual method to correct for the camper becoming twisted relative to the truck bed.
