Wet Paper Line Demonstration - This demonstration shows the process for applying a decorative paper to the surface of a wood substrate, i.e., MDF, PB, hardboard, etc. The system consists of a panel feeder, board cleaner, heating oven to condition the board, glue spreader, and TB60 heated drum laminator. The system can run at speeds up to 100 fpm, and is available with varying levels of automation at both the infeed and outfeed ends. Trimming of excess overlay is also available.
