I’ve been seeing this trendy watermelon soft serve dessert all summer and really wanted to take a stab at recreating it. My grandma also loves watermelon so I thought it’d be the perfect dessert for her birthday.

This refreshing treat is perfect for the summertime and I hope you have a chance to make it if you can’t buy one near you!

I ended up using 2 watermelons, one to puree and the other to make the slices for serving. I had enough watermelon to probably double both of these recipes, but wanted to get the second watermelon just in case I messed up on the slices. This was for a party of 10 people and it was more than enough.
