In this trailer…
We get the vibe of much of the same…the beginning of the end of this Guardians family. Tears will surely follow and yet there’s hope…

This second trailer shows us Star Lord trying to reconnect and rekindle with Gamora but she’s not having it! She even implies maybe his appeal is more for Nebula?!

We see Rocket in the last as a younger Raccoon being tortured or something. He might be one of the ones we say goodbye to. The villain is The High Evolutionary, played by Chukwudi Iwuji, and he looks fierce!

Much of what’s to come seems to involve falling in love with these characters more only to lose them probably for good as the Marvel Cinematic Universe evolves beyond the days of its glory. Will this offer us a new take on this super hero genre?
