We finished milling the giant ash tree. Off grid winter project: Making Planks and Posts from giant ash tree. We're back in the woods and Ryan turns the giant ash tree into planks and uses an interesting technique to make 4 by 4 inch posts from it. It's one of the last off grid winter projects as spring is just around the corner and that is when we can start to build our first project in the woods.
