📝Ingredients:

15-20 • Baby potatoes

Seasoning Mix ~
1 tbsp • Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp • Haldi/Turmeric powder
1 tbsp • Red chilli flakes
1 tbsp • Onion powder
1/2 tbsp • Garlic powder
1/2 tbsp • Parsley
2-3 tbsp • Schezwan sauce
1-2 tbsp • Oil

Steps~
* Boil baby potatoes till they are fork tender in salt water
* Prepare the seasoning and take the boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl
* Drizzle some oil and add the seasoning, coat them well.
* Place the potatoes on butter paper and smash those potatoes with help of glass/bowl.
* Apply Schezwan sauce/ seasoning to these potatoes(if you want it more spicy)
* Preheat at 200 degrees and airfry for 12 mins flipping half way through
