Also known as Pile Man in Japan, Impact Man is the only boss in the game who technically attacks you throughout the stage. The 3 buffed out moles that attack you combine together to form Impact Man. The whole place is filled with construction based enemies, Mets, PicketMen, the works.
Impact Man, unlike most big bosses has both speed and weight on his side. Every time he lands from a jump, he makes the ground shake, giving him ample opportunity to dive at you with a Pile Driver. He will also transform and plant 3 spikes into the ground. These can be destroyed. When he activates Power Gear he transforms into a giant Pile Driver and will try to slam down on you multiple times. Every time he lands, the ground shakes, so make sure you hop to have more time to dodge him.
