Elon Musk is creating an environment where Twitter will fail in the next 60 days if he doesn't fix his behavior immediately. Altering firing 14 employees over Twitter, he demanded that employees work long hours or leave the company with 3 months of severance. 1,200 employees chose to take the severance, this is after massive layoffs just weeks ago.

At this point there aren't many people left that can keep Twitter running. There is a real possibility that Twitter will experience outages which could result users leaving for competing services. While we won't get into Twitter's potential for going bankrupt, these scenarios will make it much harder for Elon Musk to increase the companies revenue.
