Meditation has an enormous number of benefits but the most important effect on your mood is the ability it has to make your brain function in alpha (this means under less stress, enjoying a better mood and making fewer mistakes).

I am offering in this video a super basic tutorial on how to meditate following the simplest scheme of meditation known, as well as a type of meditation related to gratitude which in my personal experience has given me more and better results.
