2 slices bacon

1 egg, fried

1 slice sharp cheddar cheese

Salt/Pepper, to taste

2 slices toasted bread

Prepare bacon by placing slices on a cooking rack inside a jelly roll pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven until desired doneness.

Fry the egg and once done, place a slice of cheese on top with salt and pepper. Toast your bread and once done, place the egg and cheese on top of one of the slices. Place 2 slices of bacon over the egg and cheese. Top with the other slice of toast. Enjoy!

We enjoy bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. These are great if you are going on a trip and don’t want to stop at a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Just make your bacon the day before and place it in the refrigerator. Just before you are ready to leave, prepare your sandwiches and wrap in a piece of wax paper and foil. The foil will help to retain the heat. A homemade breakfast sandwich on the go. I hope you would consider making it for your family.
