Recorded 17-02-2022, laid down basic acoustic guitar strumming track and from there developed two guitar picking pieces from it whilst recording. I went back to the track after recording a cover of Joni Mitchell's 'Sweet Bird' and decided it needed some percussion so pulled out the cabasa my mum bought me decades ago and recorded two tracks by using the casaba in different ways. I have a list of prospective song titles from which I chose this one, inspired by the dream to leave the cities and the mainland and disappear into the islands.
