I give an overview of Reserved instances in Azure of walk through how to scope a reserved instance. I give examples of Reserve Instance Size Flexibility and how ratios are used to apply the reservation. I then give a tutorial on purchasing an Azure Reserved Instance on a pay-as-you-go subscription.
