Here is a very unusually shaped 60 watts incandescent light bulb from Philips. It appears to be made in Canada. I found this in a random lamp at the Goodwill. Whenever I go, I always check all the lamps for light bulbs. Most of them are not put out with bulbs, but every so often an interesting bulb will be present. This is one of them.

I believe this is a typical 60 watts soft white incandescent bulb inside, but the outside is certainly not typical. I have to wonder if this was designed for a particular application. Unfortunately I do not have any packaging or model number to reference to get any more information about this bulb.
