Some of the clips do have copyright issues and can’t be viewed in certain countries (mainly Belarus & Russia!) & some may have to be muted. NB my uploads are done for pure fun! EXPECT A LOT OF MUTES ON FUTURE UPLOADS sadly every Beatles/Prince song will have to be muted due to copyright, also I can’t use any VEVO videos!!
Muted = none this time
I do find the copyright MUTES hit’n’miss as I thought some obvious songs would also be an infringement, it really is a guessing game!!!!!

When it comes to tastes, it’s each to one’s own, my own eclectic taste may not be your cup of tea & some of my choices are quite predictable but others maybe obscure, 100% leftfield, corny, cheesy, slushy & plain naff, but each song evokes memories of a time & a place & many great schmaltzy memories. I grew up listening to 1960’s UK & Europe’s pirate radio stations & flipping through my parents record collection.
Superficially, some would call my choices easy listening but I call it Sophisticated Boom Boom.
So here’s part 41 of my Top 10,000 songs, Nos 10,000 – 1,001 are in no particular order, but the final 1,000 will be in a precise order, a lot of the songs I may not listen to on a regular basis, & I hummed & hawed for ages over the final 10,000. I would imagine that the 1960’s will be the most popular decade with The Beatles having the most songs, followed closely by Bob Dylan & David Bowie.
These Youtube uploads will continue until copyright issues give me too many ‘strike infringements’ & ‘mutes’. I just originally chose the songs on a shuffle basis as they appeared on my phone!
