Mae's purpose in Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes is revealed!

In the past few hours, a "behind the scenes" of what will be Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes was released. One in which we can listen to the main actors of the movie, sharing their opinions of this production. However, in this preview, we can see different elements that we had not yet seen in any other trailer of the movie, such as the life of some humans in this world, the revelation of new characters, and even a scene in which we see Mae, in what appears to be a factory. Which could prove that she is indeed an astronaut.
