The Elder Scrolls Online Update 40 is FREE for all players and includes Grandmaster Crafting Stations for Blacksmithing, Clothing, Woodworking and Jewelry, along with an updated process for Jewelry Crafting (no grains!), and a brand new Group Finder for all content types!

Today was also our first chance to see ESO's new Endless Archive in action and I think what we saw looked amazing!. The Endless Archive is a new trial or dungeon for lack of a better term that can be played solo or with one companion or with one other player - so a maximum of 2 characters in the instance. The Endless Archive is also literally endless just like the name implies, consisting of different rounds of random spawning enemies. Enemies can include any monster type currently in the game as well as over 60 bosses chosen from existing ESO content so you’ll see some familiar bosses from dungeons, trials, and even story quests in ESO but obviously with some altered mechanics to fit the space. You do have lives, apparently 3 lives in total, so once you lose your 3 lives you’re out and you must start over at the beginning. The main reward from completing the Endless Archive is class sets - one for each class, but maybe the biggest surprise of all with Endless Archive is that is completely free content! This is not a paid DLC or expansion but just a part of the base game itself, accessible to everyone.
