They isolate themselves in small huts, caves or even deep inside the Jungles. Some of them live together in ‘Akharas’ , but usually they wander the planet endlessly living in hardships and worship the ultimate God, Lord Shiva.

Sadhus practice the Vedic and Yogic principles of Ahimsā (non-violence), Satya (truth), Asteya (non-stealing), Aparigraha (non-covetousness) and Brahmacārya (celibacy). Yet they are misunderstood almost all the time.

We, your own JUGNI Band has attempted to bring forth our thoughts on the great wanderers. How they spend their life and why they do what they do.
