This is a deep and calming guided mindfulness meditation for a better and more peaceful sleep. In just a few minutes, it is designed to put you in a deeply relaxed state, ready to sleep more soundly than you have before. Better sleep will give you a more positive outlook on your day and improve your feeling of self love and being powerful. You can develop a better relationship with sleep and find a sense of calm and stillness that you haven't yet experienced. This sleep meditation session is 16 minutes in total. The meditation dialogue is about 12 minutes long, followed by 4 additional minutes of ambient music to allow you to drift away to a deep, calm, and restful sleep to make you more powerful each day!

A TIP: If listening before bed, you may wish to turn the YouTube autoplay feature off. This will make it so that videos don't continue if you fall asleep or are drifting off to sleep.
