We smelled smoke in the house. It was an intense electrical burning smell. Eyes and sinuses were in rebellion against the smoke. NEARLY BURNED THE HOUSE DOWN - WHIRLPOOL WATER HEATER ELECTRICAL FIRE. The Whirlpool water heater was manufactured in August 2003.
