In this clip, former Bonanno crime family enforcer Gene Borrello speaks about starting over at 35 as a felon with no GED, which he admits is a difficult thing. However, Gene explained that he was committed to not going back to the mob and living out the rest of his life in a more normal way. When asked if he still considers himself a gangster, Gene explained that he doesn't, adding that he thinks his former criminal life is "pathetic."
