In Istanbul, Türkiye, My Sister Project grant recipient Gözde Kucukoglu crafts her recipe for success by pursuing her passion for sustainable dining. Her shop, Le Fika, which received support from The Coca-Cola Foundation, takes a zero-waste approach. This means she reduces, reuses or recycles food, scraps, leftovers, packaging and water.
