Dawnita is a black woman standing at 5'3" tall and weighing approximately 145 pounds. Police and family members are urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact EPD's Adult Investigative Unit at 812-436-7979 or call the We-Tip Hotline at 1-800-78-CRIME (1-800-782-7463).

Dawnita was reported missing in the mid-afternoon on June 22. Her 15-year-old daughter was the last to see her the day before.
