Here are the rules of Dragon Ball Z Golf
Goku vs Vegeta, each player gets 3 power ups to use:

Goku
Kamekameha: Throw opponent's ball backwards
Spirit bomb: Instant 1 putt once the ball is on the green
Instant transmission: Move your ball next to your opponent's ball off a tee shot

Vegeta
Prince of all Saiyans: Take 3 putts, choose the best one
Galick gun: Throw opponent's ball backwardss
Great ape: Tee off from thee advances tee box

You can use each power up twice. You can only use 1 power per hole.
