RECIPE:
2 carrots.
Olive oil.
Fry for 1 minute.
1 onion.
Fry for 1 more minute.
2 peppers.
1 leek.
Fry for 1 more minute.
Fill with water.
Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
2 potatoes.
Salt. Black pepper.
Let the soup cook for 10-12 minutes.
Noodles 50 gr.
Let cook for 3 minutes.
Parsley.
Mix well.
The soup is ready!
2 eggs.
Greek yogurt / sour cream 100 gr.
Mix well.
Pour the egg mixture into the hot soup and let it steep.
3 slices of bread.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Dill.
Parsley.
2 garlic.
Olive oil 2 tablespoons.
Salt.
Italian herbs.
Mix well.
The bread is ready!
