Life really is a roller coaster, and the one I’ve been on has definitely made me question my sanity at times. It’s stopped mid-loop, upside-down, many times. I almost fell out of the straps and was sure I was done for. But I’ve fought hard to hold on and always get to the top again. If it wasn’t up and down, where’s the fun and incentive in that. ⁠

Guerrilla Gold is an off-the-cuff, (mostly) unedited version of myself pondering the ins and outs of life, the business of real estate, and how the answers I’ve found are often interchangeable. ⁠

We all get these fleeting moments of clarity and a clear pearl of wisdom that we feel is important to share.. and by then by the time we get the perfect setting to film and find the right words to use, the magic is lost. So, I’ve decided to put aside my perfectionist tendencies and just say what I’m thinking when I’m thinking it, wherever that may be. ⁠
