Chef Frank shows how to prepare his favorite meal, Maryland Style Steamed Blue Crabs.
RECIPE
Ingredients
12 blue crabs
1 c. water
1 c. w. vinegar
1 c. beer
1 c. J.O. Crab Seasoning
1. Combine liquid in steamer.
2. Bring liquid to slow rolling boil.
3. Put layer of crabs in pot the cover with seasoning.
4. Repeat until all crabs are in pot and seasoned.
5. Cover and steam for 20 minutes.
6. Serve with melted butter and Old Bay seasoning.
