I just bought a very used '96 Land Cruiser 80-Series. It has around 172k miles, OME 2.5" lift, and factory RR/FR lockers.

I'm being told that the K294 code does not fully mean, an 80 has lockers. The best thing to do is to find the actuator on the differentials to be fully sure. Shady sellers will fool unsuspecting buyers with fake indicators like non-functional locker switches.

After having it for a few days, I now see it needs a lot of interior work that I did not notice when I inspected it. I'm ready to face mechanical issues but hunting for well prices interior and exterior parts will be a challenge.

Correction: The OME suspension for the 80 is around $1000. I was quoting 2007 prices. LOL!
