In preparation for Gates of Hell Liberation DLC, which brings the Western Front into the game, we're exploring more stories from D-Day landings, and Germans Defending Normandy. Juno Beach was one of five beaches where the Allies landed on June 6, 44'. We all know Omaha, Utah, and maybe Gold and Sword. What made Juno special, it was entirely the Canadian Army's responsibility, to break through this part of the Atlantic Wall, that swarmed MG42s, AT guns, and artillery. This is Operation Overlord.
The map originates from the E.A.W mod, link below, shoutout to them, and also a shoutout to our community member Anatoly Dyatlov, who assisted in remastering this map from MoWAS2. Lastly, I gave the map the final touch, to make it fit the current quality standards.
