A Florida trooper narrowly missed being struck by a pickup after stopping to help a stranded driver with a flat tire on Oct. 7 on northbound Interstate 95 in Palm Beach County. The hit and run collision left the stranded driver with minor injuries. The driver of the sedan that caused the 3:15 p.m. wreck was last seen driving northbound on I-95 near the exit ramp to Hypoluxo Road. FHP does not have information on the car such as make, model or color. Anyone with information on the sedan or its driver is asked to notify FHP at *347 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-458-TIPS.
