Youth Art Exchange (YAX) is the 2023 recipient of the San Francisco Symphony’s Ellen Magnin Newman Award, presented at its annual opening week All San Francisco Concert. The award honors an outstanding community-based arts organization that strengthens the Bay Area’s cultural fabric, serves local families and individuals, and creates a more just and equitable society for everyone who lives here.
