Republican clown Andy Barr and House Republicans give one of the worst arguments against a new consumer financial protection rule that limits credit card late fees. Barr wants to keep high credit card late fees because it's individuals own fault, but Rep. Maxine Waters shuts him down and destroys him in epic fashion.
