What Ingredients for this baked stuffed potato gratin
1 - For the stuffing

1 chicken cutlet
1/2 onion (or shallot of your choice)
1 clove of garlic
Parsley and fresh coriander
1 egg yolk
Salt and pepper
Turmeric (or saffron for light color)
2 - For the gratin

4 medium potatoes of the Agata or Amandine variety
250 ml of 18% fat binding cream
Pepper and salt to taste
100 gr of Emmental cheese (or grated Gruyère)
3 portions of laughing cheese
