This was the final day and the 2018 Derby City Classic 9-Ball event was down to just four players. In this semi-final, it’s “The South Dakota Kid” Shane Van Boening taking on “Mr Smooth” John Morra.

Van Boening, the pride of America, was on the hunt for his 5th Derby City Classic 9-Ball title, to go along with his five US Open 9-Ball titles.

Canadian John Morra was the Canadian 9-Ball Champion and a former Derby City Classic Banks Champion.

This was one race to nine, winner breaks, with the winner moving on to the finals.

Mark Wilson and Jeremy Jones called the action.
