For a video recipe of Kadhi Pakora, you'll need the following ingredients and steps:

Ingredients:
- For Pakoras:
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1 small finely chopped onion
- 1/2 funnel seed
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying

- For Kadhi:
- 2 cups yogurt (dahi)
- 3 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water

Steps:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, chopped onion, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt.
2. Gradually add water to the mixture and whisk until smooth batter forms. The consistency should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt until smooth. Add water and mix well to form a lump-free mixture.
5. Heat oil in a large pot or kadhai. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
6. Pour the yogurt mixture into the kadhai and stir continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
7. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and then reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the kadhi thickens.
8. Add the fried pakoras into the kadhi and simmer for another 5 minutes.
9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or chapati.
