“In 2019, we received about 340 applications. The total number of pending applications was approximately 375-380. We are now seeing an influx of investments in Section 11, apparently due to the fact that this is a real estate investment option. The credibility is originating from the hospitality industry.”



What, in your opinion, is the advantage of the Grenada program?


“The biggest benefit of the program is the cleanliness of Grenada. The next is the opportunity to obtain an E-2 visa [US investor visa]. We are trying to do our best to process the applications faster.”
