Football CEO Carolyn Radford wears multiple hats in both football and business.
As the owner and CEO of Mansfield Town, Director at One Call Insurance, and a trained lawyer,  a mother of three boys, she orchestrates success on multiple fronts.

Carolyn’s legacy began when, at just 29, she became one of the youngest football CEOs in the country. Alongside her husband, John Radford, she transformed Mansfield FC from a non-league club to a formidable contender in the EFL League Two.

Her commitment to Mansfield Town FC extends beyond the pitch; she was crowned Sky Bet League Two’s CEO of the Year at the Football Business Awards. 

As Patron of the Mansfield Town Community Trust and founder of the Radford Foundation, Carolyn’s philanthropic spirit uplifts those in need through local initiatives.
