BIG NEWS! Home prices in the San Francisco Bay area have declined by 35% since April 2022!!! That’s a massive decrease of $540,000 in just 9 months! In fact, the median sold price in January 2023 of $1,000,000 is the lowest since May 2020 (i.e. the home price gains over the past 2.5 years have been wiped out already). I also share additional home price trends for other major regions in the California housing market as well as how each county fared as well.
