Get ur juices flowing before any kind of physical activity whether indoors or outdoors.

A total body warm up is important to avoid injuries and optimal functioning of all joints and muscles. Equally impo is a total body cool down after the exercise session that u undertake. don't forget to cool down, stand in place, stretch out your muscles and breathe in deep.

This is the first video under my movement-medicine series and it solely aims at making u get up from your couch and do this as a part of getting some movement for ur day if u have been unable to get any exercises off lately, been feeling stiff in ur body, achy or like I said before u can use it as a warm up session before any sort of intense or light activity.

Sometimes warm up sessions can serve as full body sessions for some ppl especially if u have been inactive (without movement) for a while.

If u need more, u can repeat this session twice or thrice depending on your requirements and fitness level.
