NECESSARY MATERIALS
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 grams).
1 tablespoon (20 grams) of granulated sugar.
1 glass of warm water (200 ml).
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml).
2 eggs (separate the yolk for later use).
5.5 cups of flour (660 grams).
1 teaspoon (8 grams) of salt.
Butter (120 grams).
For the filling;
Cheddar cheese (100 grams).
For the above;
1 egg yolk.
1 tablespoon of milk (8 ml).
1 tablespoon of oil (10 ml).
Sesame.
Nigella sativa.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
