The Stranger Things actors work so hard to bring this incredible TV show to life, which means they’ve had to bear quite a few on-set injuries. Honestly, Jamie Campbell Bower’s terrifying Vecna presence should be counted as an injury on its own. Millie Bobby Brown not only had to deal with a broken knee while on set, but there were plenty of times that she lost her voice while filming intense scenes with Dacre Montgomery in season three. Speaking of Dacre Montgomery, he’s a method actor, so he really dove deep into the character of Billy. So deep, that he endured some pretty wild injuries whilst filming. Naturally, Sadie Sink’s character, Max, is a skater, so she had to learn to skate. Anyone who has ever skateboarded knows you can’t learn how to be a skater without taking a few falls – or a lot. We can also talk a lot about Natalia Dyer and all the stunt work she did in her scene with the Mind Flayed Tom Holloway. There were even stunts she wanted to do that the production team would not even allow her to try – it was probably for the best, looking back on the scene. Joe Keery is used to being right in the middle of the action. Do you remember his fight sequence at the Russian Base? Yeah, he performed all of his own stunts that day. There were quite a few injuries sustained throughout these scenes – we’ll be getting into all of that and so much more.
