DIY chest rig for less than $20! I am constantly changing my kit and load out looking for the best, lightest and most convenient way to cover lots of ground easier. I've been fascinated by the line of chest rigs from Hill People Gear and wanted to see if I can come up with something as functional for a lot less money.
