This is a common problem, if your hot water is working but your central heating is not working or may be the heating is working but no hot water on a "Combination Boiler" there's a good chance that this is the Problem.

This video is part of my "What's the Problem" series, where I give you the symptoms then you get the chance to guess the fault. I will then tell you what the fault actually is and show you how I go about fixing the fault.
