Police cars are always interesting, they're modified versions of the cars sold to the public, but beefed up with better suspension and pre-wired for upfitting. This 2022 Ford Police Interceptor is no different, it's just a base model Ford Explorer but with options the public isn't offered. The end result is a very quirky SUV that has cool features while looking sparse. One of the coolest features is being able to enter a secret code with the cruise control buttons and having the vehicle cook it's own interior at 133* for 15 minutes, which is apparently enough to kill 99% of the novel coronavirus.
